Captain's Trunk  
The captain’s style shown in Black Walnut above.  Walnut is often used in furniture because of its durability and because of its beautiful grain and rich, dark appearance.  Like Oak, Walnut is a harder wood and resists denting better than other woods.  The trunk style has a camel top with two sets of rails that surround the base and doubles for handles.  The trunk has wooden buttons fitted to accent and show-off this design.  The lid has two wooden lift handles spaced for easy use.  Looks great with a hasp and paddle lock added.

The overall size of this trunk is 36" long x 20" wide x 22" tall. Standard construction is with a cedar bottom and cedar slide-lift out tray. For optional construction please call or e-mail us, we want to make sure you receive your order correctly.
